Posted on 2014-12-04 at 18:20 by Sam

I keep putting off compiling the December Whispersync Deal roundup, but (1) a good chunk of titles are only on sale through Dec 14 and (2) I already missed passing along both that Andy Weir's The Martian was on sale for $3 and that Rachel Aaron's The Spirit Thief was on sale as well as John Shirley's Everything is Broken, on and on... and since I've no idea when/if some of this deals will disappear, I had better get on it! In that frame of mind, first up here's some deals on some fantastic, highly

In the interests of time (and blog clutter) I'm going to do most "daily" Whispersync Deal posts only on Facebook/Twitter. But! As it's May 1, there's a whole crop of monthly deals to scan through. Which I have. As far as I can tell, they're valid through May 31.

In the 20 Kindle Books for $2 Each listings I found a couple of good ones, starting with Seanan McGuire's Indexing, read by Mary Robinette Kowal, for $2 Kindle plus $1.99 Whispersync for Voice upgrade. "For most people, the story of their lives is

APRIL 2-8, 2014: Well, the April 1 avalanche was followed up with an April 8 landslide, with a long, long! list of titles to check out, which took me a good long while to finally make sense of. (Seeing as this is coming a full week late, and the "next" release week is already here!) Just... so many good books that even after cutting beyond the comfort point, I had more than a dozen "picks". Which does nobody any good, now, does it? So I cut further, and it hurts a bit, but the audiobooks that remain really
